Julias Apartment in Malaga, Costa del Sol

Julias Apartment is housed in a historic building, providing a unique environment in the heart of Málaga. The building's age offers character that modern hotels lack. Guests access the apartment via a lift, and private check-in/check-out streamlines arrival and departure.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, and stovetop. Streaming services are available on the TV, and a washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. Fast free WiFi at 110 Mbps supports streaming and remote work without interruption.

CCTV operates in common areas, and fire extinguishers are installed throughout the building. Key access provides secure entry, and a minimarket on site supplies basic groceries. Parking is available on the premises, easing the challenge of city-centre parking.

La Malagueta Beach is a 16-minute walk from the apartment, offering sun and sea access. The Picasso Museum is 300 metres away, and the Alcazaba fortress and Málaga Cathedral are within walking distance. Malaga Airport is 10 km from the property, reachable in about 15 minutes by car.

The apartment is a non-smoking space with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. Windows overlook an interior utility shaft, which limits natural light but ensures privacy. Past guests rated the cleanliness and functionality of utilities highly, with a 7 out of 10 overall.
